AS miles?

Save for that, I don't think there's much of a way around it. So many monopoly routes in the Pacific. If the plan is to just see as many Pacific countries as possible, NZ and VA have a decent amount of Pacific routes out of AKL and BNE respectively, but I suspect the result will be around the same price.
