So update on the JL business and first releases I documented earlier 2 of the 3 departure cities were gone in an hour and only 2 flights in the third remained on the JL site.

The remaining flights were bookable in AA 2 hours later but none of the other flights were available.

So these 15+ seats of availability were either a glitch on JL or those flights were booked before my 10 minute hold for AA elapsed (which I find hard to believe unless some tool out there checks and alerts users every 5 minutes and they were able to book on BA/Asia/JL online or had got thru on a CX or partner line faster than 10 minutes).
