I have never had any problem whatsoever as MVP Gold getting Exit or other MCE seats on AA. However, I keep ending up in Boarding Group 2. Both AA and AS insisted that this is correct.

I have my AS Mileage Plan number as starting with a zero (for a total of 8 digits). I recently noticed the AS site didn't like it with the leading zero. So...I have updated my profiles to leave the zero out and will see if that makes any difference.

I also didn't get credited for my last AA flights even though my Mileage Plan number is there.
