I just verified and this is correct. 4L/22R is presently operating with reduced length, so long hauls requiring a longer takeoff roll will cause brief disruptions whereby arrivals sidestep to the opposite parallel runway, 4L/22R (typically used for departures), while the heavy departing aircraft crosses to the longer 4R/22L, takes off, and normal operations resume.
This practice is expected to continue for another week or so, then the full length will be available until late September until 4L/22R is closed for final 10-day period to finish the work.
