Just had to buy an EC seat (yet again) on a KL flight
Yes I tweeted them ahead of time; but this time they told me "arrange an EC seat @ the airport". In the meantime, (it took them forever to answer this question on twitter); almost all the EC seats were taken and I got lucky a few minutes ago and snagged the last window one.

I'm getting really sick of this.

I just emailed KLM; I am quite sure they will refund me but I'm getting tired of having to go through this about every third flight intra-Europe. I average about 30-35 intra-europe flights a year.

I've even given them ideas (create an STE+ field in your damn system, KL so you dont accidentally screw other STE+ people)..but do they do it? NOOOOPE.
