Even if it were U8 T8 X8 V8 it doesnt necessarily mean there is a fare filed that book into those booking classes.

There is an X fare filed in the market but isn't valid for travel prior to 8/25/14

There is a U fare filed in the market with a 21 day advance purchase requirement for around $200 less. There is no way to guarantee more U space will open up before either the fare expires or the advance purchase requirement is no longer met.

DL could always file a new lower fare in the market but doubtful this close in. L fare could also sell out or be pulled before you book putting you into the K fare which is about $100 more than what you are looking at.
