If traveling as a couple, it is a bit more of a wash (if you can get row 5 - I believe only at the airport - then it is quite nice).

VA wins on amenity kit. Food is, IMO, a wash. VA seemed to have decent wine when I took them, but I suspect that can vary. FAs are good on both.

Personally, I think the bar is pretty much a non-factor. It is really a glorified galley and not a place I'm eager to spend much time.

They are both pretty good J products, but I would tend toward DL on the whole.
