Is there a published copy of BA's policy on interlining bags (as regards to interlining bags to other OW carriers on separate bookings)?

I've searched BA.com and the place where I would expect to find the policy, or at least mention of it, is http://www.britishairways.com/en-gb/...#otherairlines ... but it's not mentioned.
