There is another round of repairs to take place in September-October which will close 4L/22R for a few weeks after the summer rush. AFAIK, the first set of repairs (June-May) were completed ahead of schedule and the runway is at or near full capacity now.
Had issues leaving Sun night...both parallel runways were operating, but the pilot said something to the extent of "they changed the length of one of the runways, and thus it's affecting what planes can use which ones". Not sure if that's a temporary issue or what.
