Yes, it is in the financial district so must be much less busy. But it is also a ten blocks walk from the bars and over the road from all the restaurants. plus it has the Ciclovia on a Sunday. None too shabby place to be any day of the week.
JW Marriott is around the corner, they don't discount in the same way though.
