AkimboCard: Another MP-loadable Visa with bonuses.
The Akimbocard is another prepaid visa that allows MonkeyPak loading.
Right now they have a few bonuses available when you open a card:

$10 bonus for opening card
$10 bonus for funding card with $50
$5 bonus for liking them on facebook
