none of it deserved of course. Its not like the program has been devalued or anything. Not that they increased awards TWICE and added $1000+ YQ in the last two years. None of that.
They also havent introduced a 450+ person sardine can, and reduced pitch on all mainline flights.
Havent tango'ed every single route, reduced earnings on partners to the point even full Y on LH earns 50%.

And thats not even the devaluations of Altitude or the intro of Rouge in the last 2 years, which thankfully dont affect me.
