Confused by full seat map, SFO-ZRH LX/39
I have an upcoming SFO-ZRH, booked in D class.

On swiss.com's Manage My Booking page, the seat map shows every single seat X'd out (reserved) except two * seats (only available to HON/SEN)... except one last middle seat in row 15, which I selected.

However, when I pull up the flight on EF, it shows J9 C9 D9 -- and the seat map shows multiple other open seats, including 5K.

My next step I think is to call Swiss to see what they can do -- I'd much rather be further forward plus on a window side.

Anyone have any experience with this they can share, please?
