Does anyone know if UA intends to reinstate all of the routes it halted to/from Newark as a result of the runway rehabilitation this summer?

My understanding was that this was supposed to be a voluntary and temporary reduction in a small % of scheduled flights during the construction period. I frequently fly to/from MDT and have noticed that this service has not been added back, despite the construction being completed. In fact, MDT has pulled Newark altogether as a destination from the route map on their website. It looks like some of the service has been added back though, for example, non-stop to AVP. Did UA just decide to quietly pull some of this service or might some of these routes be coming back later in the year? I haven't seen any news on this, so would welcome folks shedding some light if they know...

Another article I read today noted rehab work at EWR through the end of December...so maybe service would return after that...maybe not...
