I also spotted this problem tonight, and was about to report it on here! Presumably the fare should be able to be booked by telephone at the advertised price, although the telephone lines will now be closed as it is after 8pm.

Admittedly the confirmation page showing the price does list that the baggage allowance is one checked bag, but offers no option to remove it. When you click back to the "flight list" the selected fare is with a checked bag, even if you initially clicked for hand baggage only. I wondered if the hand baggage fares may have sold out, and that the initial price option pages had not yet updated, but it seems not. Hopefully this will be fixed overnight.
