Having the same problem on Malaga flights. Phoned GGL and they couldn't solve the problem so despite being offered HBO fares at the booking stage, on selecting flights the fare jumps up to the higher, with luggage fare. Really frustrating and unless you're good at mental maths, you may not realise the return fare you are paying is higher than the fare you selected.
