being in business for myself for the last 20 years, I can understand, that sometimes you just cannot please everyone, but we are not talking about a one man operation, dont they see or care about the direction they are taking.. at some point very soon, I dont see the value of staying with one airline... am I wrong?
I think their attitude might be 'you do what you gotta do, we do what we gotta do' ... that's expected from customers, "loyalty" is kinda secondary.
I hate AA changes, and this merger in particular just as much as the next guy. but I'd rather have AA around then to have seen AA gone bankrupt, which they prolly would have if not for the drastic recent changes, even if not all good from a FFM POV.
