Ah but you're forgetting that there are far more of us minions in ‘lower-elite’ than the high rollers you imply are the rightful UA target market. If UA has done their math correctly and they can offset the potential loss then more power to them but your constant mantra of pay more get more is somewhat misaligned when used in the airline industry.
