No. No more class of service bonus. You spend $500 as a 1K, you get 11 x $500 = 5,500 miles, no matter what your class of service is. (Plus perhaps the 2 miles/$ you get from your UA CC spend. I choose to exclude those since they don't matter for the purposes of comparison.)
