Hi all

I'm flying from Manchester UK to Denpasar Bali with Qatar Airlines in July.

I have just noticed that when I booked the tickets online, I used my normal name of "Joe" rather than my full passport name of "Joseph". A school buy error I know...

I called QA customer services who said that because the name I want to change to has more characters than the one I booked with, the only way to do this is to cancel my current ticket for £100, then purchase a new ticket which is now £105 more expensive! So £205 to add the letters to my name!?

Can anyone give me some advice as to who might be able to help me with this seemingly simple request?
