Newly Minted BA Gold - perusing my benefits on the Exec Club website and I noticed the ability to join the Langham 1865 program at the Voyager level. Seems like a nice perk. What is unclear is how to accomplish the process. The website says just stay and present your BA Gold card and you will be a Voyager member. Do I need to sign up for 1865 prior to staying at a Langham or is everything accomplished in one process upon checking in ? Do the hotels seem to know how to accomplish the upgrade ? Any experiences would be most welcome. Thanks
