Just got call from QR Cairo and told that have been downgraded from F(A) to Y due to the plane change from B777 to A321 in CAI-DOH route.Flight is after 15 days and fully paid ticket.Asked compensation and got replied that no compensation will be provided.Asked to check again and will receive an email and a call tomorrow.Please advise how should I proceed?
