IIRC when we were there in April 2013 it was at a typical Westin rate in the mid twenties USD and included a standard hot/cold buffet plus local specialities. I believe that there was also sparkling wine/ bubbly for Mimosas.

Many guests have breakfast in their rooms virtue of the kitchens ( even in the studios) and we only had breakfast on our last morning.
