If only. What we have ended up with is not even the lesser of both airlines.
It is poor form to blame your employees when you are responsible for their training, motivation and performance. Totally incredible to hear a CEO say this of 2/3 of his employees 3.5 years after a merger.
When I read his remarks my only comment was why he forgot to mention the dog eating his homework. This man is a true excuse generating machine. Nothing is ever his fault.
