Are there any Ramadan considerations for the QR flight, aside from no booze at the Doha lounge?

Matrix shows a reasonable itinerary for just over £2k, but when I go to the Qatar Airways site I can't get the same itinerary (at any cost). Can I book QR through BA.com?
