I agree. I find his behavior unprofessional. He's totally out of step. Real United was doing great until he came in and ruined it. Any legit observer gets that.
I was a great fan of pmUA & wouldn't willingly step foot on a pmCO flight before 2010, but let's call a spade a spade.......The real UA had not been doing great for a looong time before the merger
