What an experience! As a frequent traveler I have to say the service is amazingly good compared to regular hotel experience, although it is embedded in the Japanese culture I really enjoyed my stay here. Very well located on top of Roppongi station and nearby restaurants, mall etc...!! kudos to the whole staff.
