Sadly, he's doing an effective job of arson. There may not be enough of the real UNITED to salvage and rehab once he's gone.
Which is another reason I find his statements absurd. All of the real United employees have been "properly trained" on SHARES for over two years now and he and his CO-horts have had 4 years to morph the airline into their albatross.
I wonder when he'll blame deregulation and the great recession on United. Wouldn't put it past him.
