Is there any hotel at Dubai airport landside that is within walking distance to the terminal (3)?

I have a one-night layover, and do not want to stay at the airside hotel (Dubai International Hotel) because I plan to use my 20 hrs to check out downtown Dubai.

If not, then I may have to find a hotel near Burj Khalifa...
