We have to get from Terminal 7 to terminal 8 after clearing immigration and customs without GE?

The next flight isn't until 3:50pm so its worth the risk ... except that there are three of us and the chance of three spots being on that later flight if we miss the connection is small.

Cheers.
It's not T7 to T8. It's TBIT to T8, which is further.

I would consider risking it *IF* you do not have any discussion about the illegal connection in the PNR with the agent. That way if you misconnect, you can play dumb and get rebooked on OAL if needed.

If you misconnect to the United flight, there are two (2) DL LAX-SMF flights that go before the next UA flight, so I wouldn't worry. Just ask for one of those instead.

Or if you want more miles, have them book you on LAX-SFO-SMF, which is still faster than waiting for the next LAX-SMF on UA.
