Count on Family Suite. Anything above Family or Sunset will be luck due to availability.
I was a Diamond using DSU on a AMEX FHR rate. Couldn't upgrade above Family due to lack of availability.
They did confirm a sunset suite for us as we told the concierge we will be celebrating our anniversary. I'm not expecting anything higher but will certainly inquire at check in.
