Hi

I thought this would eventually be sorted out once they had fixed the bugs in the new (well, relatively new mPass app) - but apparently not. Whenever I add flights to mPass using the booking reference, it does not load my airpoints number. Hence when I swipe for entry in the Koru lounge, it flashes red and I have to manually tell the lounge attendant my number, get her to insert it on the system, reswipe to get in to the lounge, etc.

The alternative, which is still annoying, is manually entering it on a kiosk before going to the lounge.

Anyone else have this problem? With the old mPass app it wasn't like this.
