The OH has been on hold to the BAEC Silver line for about an hour, she's trying to UUA a reservation (which has Redemptions available on a dummy booking) made by her corporate TA that can't be changed on ba.com.

Sigh. Weren't they supposed to be fixing this?

It's not just you, I suspect they are getting hammered with calls from the baggage incident last weekend. There were also some effects to the short haul and domestic schedules due to thunderstorms over the weekend.
