This happened to me a couple of times with INK cards.
I just called up and asked that they put the missing account on my web page which they did instantly. The rep could easily see all my accounts when I called, even those not showing on my Chase web account page.
Apparently, business cards do not show on your account page automatically.
I thought this was general knowledge. Business and personal chase accounts are separate unless you call in and ask them to combine them.
