I have a question regarding the AA phone ticketing fee, the details of which aren't clearly spelled out on the AA website (at least where I looked). How is the $35 fee assessed? If I am booking multiple one-way awards for a single passenger, will I be charged the $35 fee once or once per one-way? Ditto for multiple passengers.
