They increased my Sallie Mae MasterCard on their own w/o a hard pull. I had only had the card for maybe 6-8 months and putting no more than @$400/month spend on it. (It had a low CL as it is but I never cared since I didn't need the full $250/gas and $250/grocery a month anyways.)
