It has been a while, but if I recall this is the largest lav in the aircraft and might still not hold two people (as ysolde says). (Off topic, the largest lav I ever saw in the air was on a Qantas A380 Business Class - positively enormous in the classification of aircraft lavs! Very easy to assist another, and iirc was accessible, had grab bar, etc.)

Another thing you can do - call American Airlines +1.(800)433-7300 for Future Travel Disability Related Services assistance (maybe desde Argentina use Skype or other VOIP?)

You can also go to aa.com - on the bottom of the page you will see three columns, and in the right column, under the title "Customer Service", click on Contact American.

This will bring up a pop-up box, with a menu on the left. Click on Customer Relations, then Disability Assistance. That will bring up

This way, you will be armed with information from AA when you speak with the Flight Attendant - perhaps AA will be able to help you out in advance.

Suerte, y ĦBuen viaje!
Hi
We have already done both flights in the B777-200
The bigger bathroom is indeed in the front part of the Business Class, before First.
The lavatory was clearly bigger than the rest, but of course it was still a "plane" bathroom. My wife finally didn´t use it but we were able to confirm that the aisle chair was on board 8 (in fact they use it when we board in EZE) and that the bathroom had a size which would not be entirely comfortable as a typical accessible toilet but definitely we would be able to use it if needed.
Once onboard i did check with the FT regarding the bathroom. On the initial flight they automically told me that is the bathroom i could use and in the flight back they first told me i could use any of the toilets in Economy but i said in a casual tone that my understanding was there was a bigger toilet that could be used by people with disability in Business and they confirmed it was OK.
Also, as JDIVER mentioned, i called AA in advance and did all these questions, which they also confirmed.

Thanks all for the tips and comments, it helped us to take the flight with more knowledge and without so anxiety without knowing what to expect. You are a great community.

Saludos!
Luc
