My transaction at Walmart got declined and called T-Mobile and they told me my account is blocked. I was trying to unload $1600 for BillPay at WM. Haven't got any email yet but they told me they have created a ticket for level 2 support.

Please allow us to explain why the account was restricted, there were several cash loads followed by what appear to be cash back transactions at Walmart. This type of activity could be conducive of money laundering which we are obligated to monitor for.
Once this information has been received and verified the block can be removed. It is our practice to monitor for load and cash activity and if the activity continues your account will be permanently closed.
