The benefit: LH can now introduce a very average new C product and the captive audience is visibly excited regarding how good the new product is :-)
The new Gold standard is the Diamond seat that comes from B/E.
I have been anxiously awaiting a full rollout of the new C to see if I can steer a pretty considerable annual spend away from UA to LH. It *will not* happen with the old C sleds still in widespread use within the network.
