Lufthansa should have listened to Franz and never started installing the new C class: There seem to be so many captive customer to milk that innovations are not necessary.
The benefit: LH can now introduce a very average new C product and the captive audience is visibly excited regarding how good the new product is :-)
The new Gold standard is the Diamond seat that comes from B/E.
