B is not fine. B grades have put restaurants out of business. The fact they aren't appealing and have a "grade pending" is disappointing as well. That would at least communicate to the customer that they weren't happy and are trying to clean up the issues. I've never seen a Starbucks graded a B and I doubt they would tolerate it. A grade of B, like "artificial flavors" (the same exact molecule as a "natural flavor," but derived from an artificial source), is a thing for people to become obsessed with without any thought-through reason. That's why it has "put restaurants out of business." Not because you are actually materially less safe going there. If you were, they'd shut it down.
