B is not fine. B grades have put restaurants out of business. The fact they aren't appealing and have a "grade pending" is disappointing as well. That would at least communicate to the customer that they weren't happy and are trying to clean up the issues. I've never seen a Starbucks graded a B and I doubt they would tolerate it. Could be wrong, but that's my guess.
