My wife an I will be traveling SFO-HKG (first)-BKK (business). We have a 2:40 layover. I was wondering about accessing the lounge while in HKG to take a shower as we have a tour scheduled when we get to BKK.

Can we access the wing first class lounge as we arrived on First class tickets, but leaving on biz?

If not what is better the arrival, or the Biz class lounge?

Do we have enough time to get off, to the lounge, and to next flight? If so can you make a reservation for the shower, or cabana if first is available?
