Yeah, yeah, I know. I guess I've gotten spoiled, but I've also been very careful about my finances. It's not always trivial and when I had to call in for the SW card, I was literally GRILLED and made to feel like I was asking for the moon. But perhaps it really is something trivial this time. I'll call tomorrow.

True enough. It's not so much the time it takes to call; it's being grilled that is frustrating. Just seems really unnecessary for someone with good credit score, payment history, few inquiries, etc.
