In SIN, for example, they will collect F/HON bags on a separate belt and the assistant always offers to help carry or push the cart. In BKK, they will carry your bags to the taxi/hotel limo. In other stations, the PA will just walk with you while you carry your own bags. So, while it is not a separate porter service, it is a bit more in a handful of outstations only. Hence my ironic comment about the HON carrying own bags.
