I did not say HotelTonight buys the block.
When a HT customer books a room, HT gives the hotel a disposable Mastercard number to which the hotel can charge the room rate.
I am saying when the hotel commits 20 rooms to HT, those 20 rooms can be sold only on HT, not through the front desk.
