I would think there is zero chance of opening a SC.
I asked several high level people at DL why there is no SC at LAS, they stated it is based on the number of DM members based in that city and International flts.
LAS has 50-60 flts per day. I did not check the latest flt schedule.
I question this thinking, as many DM's travel TO LAS. There are many "high rollers" that visit our "fair" city, as well as many coming for a convention.
