The slope seats were acceptable up to 2008 I'd say. Since then, LH lost connection with the international market. The new C cabin product came too late, is rolled out too slow, didn't make it on their flagship A380 but their real problem is: The new cabin product in C is not really good either. It is really sad, they have good crews, for me that is the only thing that attracts me to LH. But since the crew doesn't offer back rubs in any of the service concepts, the seats drive me away from LH (amongst other reasons)

Within Lufthansa Group I prefer LX on longhaul.
