US Airways card, called in to cancel and mentioned the reason is because of the merger and was transferred to a specialist who waived the $89 annual fee. She also has the offer to get an extra mile per dollar for gas, groceries, and utilities for the next 3 months up to 8000 miles. I'm keeping the card for just a bit longer.
