On long-haul there is a choice from a selection of crew meals (about 6) for the pilots to choose from with a tray for each of them that has a salad and desert. For obvious reasons the Flight Crew have to eat different meals to each other.

After they choose their choice from the selection of hot options, the cabin crew get the left over crew meals and then the rest of the cabin crew meals are made up from the left over passenger hot meals in CW. The cabin crew don't get a desert or salad or a tray.

On short haul two trays are loaded for the Flight Crew with a hot meal, salad and desert. The cabin crew on the longer short haul flights get a hot crew meal provided.
